Add a applyStyle that only takes a styleProperties, spitting the how we get to the style prom
the actuall applying of the style.

Also fix an error on my part (!a&b) doesn't mean if the flag wasn't set.

Only save the background of the cell if the background color is not null....

Only save the background of the cell if the background color is not null. Otherwise the color
is undefined.

not so we don't use default colors when the element wasn't present in the first
place.

Delay the reading of the table styles until we find a table. We need to keep in mind the color
map of the master slide, the layout and the slide itself.

Lets not go into more stack corruptions. Remove the include guards in this file.
