Create a new list when the Paragraph list settings are changed.

We have two options when the list style changes in Paragraph settings dialog
1. Change the style of _all_ items in the list.
2. Change just that paragraph by creating a new list

Since the menu item is called "Format Paragarph" we go with 2. Note
that we need a "Format List" to change the styles of a list. This dialog
will have to show/edit all the list levels.

Determine the level to show using KoList::level() instead of using the style...
