which is tested to be empty, a few code lines above.

check for "Suite 330" as being an old FSF address (for files that were incompletely changed)
clarify comment that was above the GPL/LGPL check (as strcitly taken, it was wrong)
clarify that $wrong will be not empty for MIT licenses (Changes not tested)

prefix TRANSLATORS, especially as KBabel does not know it, but xgettext
can only have one of such prefix not 2. So we must stick to
KDE3's habit of using i18n.

Do not allow TRABNSLATORS to mark translator comments, as it seems that
xgettext can only have a single -c parameter and not 2.
(As KBabel only knows i18n, we cannot replace it. So we have to postpone any
change to KDE5. :-( )

Check the whole PO file and not only its header.

(This change seems to give a limited amount of additional errors,
so it is perhaps better for the teams to be able to be correct from the
early stage on. And perhaps it will point us to errors in code.)

(As for long-term, it will depend on how much false positives are given
by this test compared to check only the headers.)
