 A program calling ggiClose as a response to the escape key (GIIUC_Escape),
such as flying_ggis, hangs on display-directx when using pthreads (Cygwin)
if the user presses the escape key while the system menu is open. The
system menu opens with ALT-Space. With this workaround display-directx
notices the condition, at least after a while, and closes the visual.

Don't allow GWT_WF_ALLOW_LEAVE_WS windows to move as far above the workspace.
Require the title text to be below the workspace so that there is more to
aim for when moving the window the next time.

Constify ggiWidgetCreateColoredPatch.
