MMV - added testrun of Pluto's stage, aiming to conserve health and weapon energy. This testrun has 6 spare health before Proto Man and 1 spare Salt Water, which may be used for further optimizing the route in the stage (to reduce lag and such).

updated .dsm which updates 8-6, 8-T2, and 8-C2
