We changed the server in the code some time ago, since the old one was not
available anymore, now the new one is not available anymore too.
Allow the user to choose a STUN server, and give a working one as an example.

Fix for bug 731804. Further added comment about still "not perfect" garbage...

Fix for bug: 684166, tk_messageBox doesn't understand -timeout.
I was not able to reproduce the problem for me, the message appeared, and disappeard after 10000, and I don't know why.
However, removing the -timeout parameter here, doesn't seem to harm, the message doesn't pop up again anyways.

the first message of a new chat thread is received. Also update
the string that get displayed as suggested by Sander.
