Fixed issue related to torrent downloads not deleting the files. Now it is removed from the upload monitor too.

Changed Download torrent/magnet menu to Open torrent/magnet.

ImageCache now reports the fail status. Better handling when there is a resource url.
Fixed when SlideShowPanel failed to load an image (now continue to the next).
Fixed when clicked in SlideShowPanel and the image failed to load.
Minor protections to SlideShowPanel.
