Implemented support for NoDisplay=true in the trader query - ok, this means ascend is also gone from "Insert Object..." menus.

maybe we should also introduce sth like "uptoyear" that can be
used to build the copyright string, like we have now with the
version. Also fix version in some of the files, like Karbon14.

What's the difference between
VERSION and KOFFICE_VERSION_STRING ??

Since when did the Kexi manual not show up?
I thought it was there quite recently...

Remove DocPath from raw filter (apparently not used)
before it causes duplicate entries for Krita again.

WriteUp has no manual yet.
