replace -D_CRT_SECURE_NO_WARNINGS with -D_CRT_SECURE_CPP_OVERLOAD_STANDARD_NAMES since it seems to have no negative impact on the compiled binary
it helps to actually define MSVC somewhere if you are trying to use it :| (finally fixes module paths issue)

add a missing file to svn:ignore
do not add -mwindows in the root CMakeLists.txt file, add_executable with WIN32 flag should handle that already. (the WIN32 flag is just silently ignored on non-windows)

last round of msvc fixes (of NMake at least, the Visual Studio Project files are beyond broken here)

remove hardcoding of module paths for MSVC (and remove mmove and ix86 asm stuff which was not removed in r5235 )
fix MSVC builds to not show a console on release builds by using the WIN32 flag in src/kvirc/CMakeLists.txt (needs checking for MinGW anyway since it might make sense there, not sure and don't want to break the build for others) and linking to qtmain on non-debug builds for MSVC in the root CMakeLists.txt file, thanks to thexception for pointing me in the right direction

cache window geometry when minimized/maximized to avoid qt reporting dummy geometry
