In the neuroimaging contexts such analysis techniques are also known as decoding or MVPA analysis. PyMVPA provides high-level abstraction of typical processing steps and a number of implementations of some popular algorithms. While it is not limited to the neuroimaging domain, it is eminently suited for such datasets. PyMVPA is truly free software (in every respect) and additionally requires nothing but free-software to run.</value></item><item name="links-filter"><value type="text/plain">None</value></item><item name="title"><value type="text/plain">PyMVPA</value></item><item name="url"><value type="text/plain">http://www.pymvpa.org/</value></item><item name="related-filter"><value type="text/plain">None</value></item></metadata><recentMessages><message> <generator> <name>CIA Perl client for Git</name> <version>1.0+alioth1</version> </generator> <source> <project>pymvpa</project> <module>pymvpa</module> <branch>dist2/debian/proper/sid</branch> </source> <timestamp> 1328634196 </timestamp> <body> <commit> <author>debian</author> <revision>4d7b8b1</revision> <files> <file>debian/changelog</file> </files> <log> changelog entry for -6 </log> </commit> </body> </message><message> <generator> <name>CIA Perl client for Git</name> <version>1.0+alioth1</version> </generator> <source> <project>pymvpa</project> <module>pymvpa</module> <branch>dist2/debian/proper/sid</branch> </source> <timestamp> 1328634194 </timestamp> <body> <commit> <author>debian</author> <revision>22a7e37</revision> <files> <file>debian/patches/series</file> <file>debian/patches/up_sphinx_1.1.2_autosummary</file> </files> <log> added patch up_sphinx_1.1.2_autosummary to &quot;cherry-pick&quot; master (BF: use system-wide autosummary/generate.py for sphinx &gt;= 1.1.2 (Closes: #658593)) </log> </commit> </body> </message><message> <generator> <name>CIA Perl client for Git</name> <version>1.0+alioth1</version> </generator> <source> <project>pymvpa</project> <module>pymvpa</module> <branch>dist2/debian/proper/sid</branch> </source> <timestamp> 1325117873 </timestamp> <body> <commit> <author>debian</author> <revision>af17947</revision> <files> <file>debian/changelog</file> <file>debian/rules</file> </files> <log> Run unittests with verbose output for easy troubleshooting of FTBFSs </log> </commit> </body> </message><message> <generator> <name>CIA Perl client for Git</name> <version>1.0+alioth1</version> </generator> <source> <project>pymvpa</project> <module>pymvpa</module> <branch>dist2/debian/proper/sid</branch> </source> <timestamp> 1325117872 </timestamp> <body> <commit> <author>debian</author> <revision>8f9cffc</revision> <files> <file>debian/changelog</file> <file>debian/rules</file> </files> <log> Fixed oblivious typo of removing system-installed underscore.js leading to stall and thus FTBFS on Debian build hosts </log> </commit> </body> </message><message> <generator> <name>CIA Perl client for Git</name> <version>1.0+alioth1</version> </generator> <source> <project>pymvpa</project> <module>pymvpa</module> <branch>dist2/debian/proper/sid</branch> </source> <timestamp> 1325117871 </timestamp> <body> <commit> <author>debian</author> <revision>1f9c204</revision> <files> <file>debian/changelog</file> <file>debian/patches/0001-BF-assure-native-endianness-in-test_assumptions_on_n.patch</file> <file>debian/patches/series</file> </files> <log> Fixed FTBFS due to test failure in test_niftidataset on big-endians.
